Refund Policy

At Electrician Exam Prep, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available.

1. General Policy

All sales of digital subscriptions are generally final. However, we offer a limited refund window for monthly subscriptions and certain circumstances for lifetime purchases as described below.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be given for partial months. However, if you have not used any paid features during the first 3 days after purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting lord_huang@nobalead.com.

3. Lifetime Purchases

Lifetime access is a one-time payment that grants access for the lifetime of the product (as long as the App is operational). We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for lifetime purchases, no questions asked. To request a refund within 14 days of purchase, please email lord_huang@nobalead.com with your order receipt.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from using the core features of the App (e.g., questions not loading) and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund. Please contact support with details of the issue.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to lord_huang@nobalead.com with the following information:

We will process eligible refunds within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method via Paddle.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without first requesting a refund through our policy, we reserve the right to terminate your account and dispute the chargeback with evidence.
