Welcome to Electrician Exam Prep ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Electrician Exam Prep provides practice questions, detailed explanations, and progress tracking for individuals preparing for electrician licensing exams (including NEC 2023). The App offers both free and paid subscription plans (monthly or lifetime).
You may use the App without an account for limited features. To access full functionality (including progress sync, mistakes book, and all questions), you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Paid plans are processed by Paddle (our authorized payment provider). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the recurring fees (if monthly) or one-time fee (if lifetime). All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription via your account settings or by contacting Paddle support.

You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to: reverse engineering, scraping questions, attempting to bypass payment restrictions, or using the App for any unlawful purpose.
All content, including practice questions, explanations, and software code, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam by using this App. The questions and explanations are for study purposes only and may not reflect actual exam content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App, including but not limited to exam failure or loss of data.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via the App or email. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
